About the studio
A storyteller
with an entrepreneur’s eye.
StudioMaruMaarit is a creative studio led by a 50+ lifelong entrepreneur, creating honest visual stories, atmospheric video and thoughtful brand concepts.
Behind the studio is me, Maarit — an advertising professional, visual thinker and storyteller with decades of entrepreneurial experience. I understand the realities of running a business and always consider content from a commercial perspective: how it supports your goals, speaks to the right customer and stays memorable.
I bring an authentic 50+ perspective to every project. When needed, members of my large family can also join productions as performers or camera assistants, bringing different ages naturally into the story. The concepts, storytelling and creative direction always come from me.
A personal note
I have my own little bubble.
It is where ideas, new directions and sometimes wonderfully wild little thoughts are born. I no longer try to burst this bubble. I have learned to enjoy being there.
My bubble is not a place where I escape life. It is the place where my ideas for life are born.
I am fifty-something young. A hundred ideas at once. Everyday life, experiments and a life that looks like me.
